Based on the South Coast of England, NEED THAT HIRE have cultivated a unique collection of products to enhance the style of any event. Offering a premium and personal hire service, the NEED THAT Team are passionate about ensuring your event takes centre stage – We provide the magic, you make the memories.

How it all began.

Officially established by Ben and Maria White in Spring 2023, the foundations of NEED THAT HIRE started some time before while arranging their own engagement and the subsequent events that’s followed. During the planning for Maria’s Hen Party, their search for easy to use, Bluetooth speakers was proving fruitless, leading Ben to purchase their own premium Bluetooth sound system for the event. Afterwards, in an effort to recover the expense, Ben began advertising the speakers for hire, which quickly became a popular service!

Through planning their own wedding over the months that followed, it soon became apparent how difficult it was to source the unique items, décor and accessories for hire in their local area, with no company offering a bespoke service catering for the south of England. Determined not to be defeated, the duo instead started collecting the items themselves, deciding that once married they would address the issue they had faced, establishing a new, premium, and stress-free event hire service. And so began NEED THAT HIRE!
